SUBJECT: The IUPUI student pitch for CHIP was a success 

 

Dear Client: 

 

Your topic for CHIP was voted one of five of the top reports. I pitched your idea, and it was popular among my peers. Not only do 25 more people know about CHIP, but now a team of IUPUI students will be conducting further analysis and exploration of your topic.

Next Steps 

We will conduct a Zoom meeting with you to finalize the details for the recommendation report. The team’s available dates for the Zoom are (dates and times). It will be a 30-minute-long meeting, and we will ask questions along the lines of: 

• Is there a budget for this project? 

• Are you the best person to contact? 

• What are the best websites we can use for our research?

Reminders 

The project is due on April 19. This will be the presentation of our final recommendation report. There are many details that come with this project. Just to refresh your mind this is: 

• A team project 

• 200 volunteer hours 

• For a 3–4-page recommendation report 

• Exploration and analysis of your topic
